America Daily is owned by JUSTWILL, LLC, which does business as Motiv31. Founded in 2016 by childhood best friends Justin Levine and Will Gwyn in San Diego, JUSTWILL, LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality, engaging content across its portfolio of history websites.  In 2023, JUSTWILL, LLC partnered with MediaVerse LLC for syndication purposes. AmericaDaily.com was founded in 2024 by Justin Levine and Will Gwyn, who both serve as Editor-in-Chief. Justin and Will maintains ownership of the publication through JUSTWILL, LLC.
