Strategy 5  Counter-Spy War

The anti-CCP’s United-Front war and the counter-spy war are Trump administration’s recent key strategies.

The U.S. Congress’s US-China Economic and Security Review Committee (USCC) recently published a report of the “Chinese Communist Party’s Overseas United Front Work”, comprehensively disclosing the CCP’s organizational structure of the United-Front Work, its Department and overseas penetration and spy work.

Christopher Wray, the U.S. Federal Investigation Director recently expressed in a public forum that the CCP is “the most extensive, challenging and serious threat”.

The CCP’s economic spy has penetrated into all 50 states.

William Evanina, director of National Center for Counter-Spy and Security

also recently expressed in the media that the CCP has kept a close watch on the U.S.’s high tech industry for many years, wishing to steal intellectual property or trade secrets.

“They (the CCP) are the greatest threat to our national security.”

Evanina also revealed that the CCP is currently intervening in the U.S elections.

Trump’s administration not only vigorously exposes CCP’s intelligence warfare which infiltrated the U.S. for years, the National Defense Authorization Act Trump signed in 2019, also covers several provisions countering the CCP.

It includes the provision prohibiting any U.S. government departments

using products of Huawei and ZTE, in avoidance of being sneaked, restricting the Department of Defense funding American universities’ Chinese Project such as Confucius Institutes, and expanding the U.S. Foreign Investment Committee (CFIUS)’s power to investigate foreign investment, to strictly investigate Chinese funds’ transactional mergers and acquisitions in the U.S.,

preventing economic penetration.
