The War on Local Police

  • Post category:News

The past few months since the death of George Floyd while in the custody of the Minneapolis Police have seen increased anti-police sentiment across the United States. As of July 22, ABC reported, police killings were up 28 percent over last year. Hundreds of officers have been seriously injured by rioters attacking them with clubs, cars, frozen water bottles, fireworks, incendiary devices, bricks, sticks, and more. In Minneapolis, nearly 200 officers, out of 850 officers, have filed paperwork to leave the department, with many claiming post-traumatic stress disorder in the wake of repeated 12-hour days of having thugs attack them, and not being able to properly respond because they had nearly no support from elected officials or high-ranking police commanders.

BLM Mobs Destroyed Likeness of Top Cop’s Journalist Wife in Minnesota Protest

  • Post category:News

It wasn’t enough to threaten to burn down a nearly all-white town and call a police lieutenant who lived there a member of the Ku Klux Klan. The “protesters” from Blacks Lives Matter who showed up in Hugo, Minnesota, on Saturday had to destroy a likeness of the top cop’s wife, a journalist.

BLM Says “Looting Is Reparations” and Is Harmless Because “Businesses Have Insurance”

  • Post category:News

They call it closing the barn door after the horse has bolted. But Chicago has an interesting way of dealing with looters, who ransacked the city Sunday night. Don’t punish the miscreants sufficiently to deter the criminal behavior. Instead, close thruway exits and raise drawbridges — “shut down” the city’s downtown, in other words. Hmm, haven’t we seen a shut-down strategy used to address another problem just recently?

Black Man Executes Five-year-old White Boy in Front of His Sisters; National Media Ignore Story

  • Post category:News

It’s a shocking, unthinkable crime: A man rushes a five-year-old neighbor boy playing outside and shoots him in the head, fatally, in broad daylight. But here’s what’s just as shocking: The national media — which couldn’t give enough ink to the death of criminal George Floyd — apparently don’t find this story newsworthy. It could be because unlike in the Floyd case, the victim is white and his killer is black.

Michigan Inn Removes Norwegian Flag That Some Thought Was Confederate Flag

  • Post category:News

The owners of a Michigan bed-and-breakfast took down the Norwegian flag outside their business because people were mistaking it for the Confederate flag and accusing them of promoting racism. Greg and Kjersten Offenbecker own the Nordic Pineapple, a mansion built in St. Johns in 1861 by Oliver Spaulding, a brevetted brigadier general in the Union army. Kjersten Offenbecker’s “grandfather was born in Norway, and the bed and breakfast’s name is, in part, inspired by her family history,” reported the Lansing State Journal.

  • Post category:News

More than 100 Wisconsin police agencies have backed out of security agreements to assist the Milwaukee police with crowd control at the Democratic National Convention scheduled for August 17-20. The main reason for the pull-out seems to be a directive issued by the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission that the city no longer use tear gas to control unruly crowds.

Nationalizing the Police Is Not the Answer

  • Post category:News

Because of supposed police injustice against blacks and cities burning from riots, some are calling to nationalize local police forces, but that just takes away local control. Using George Floyd’s death as a rationale, some Americans want to transfer more police authority away from local and state government, and into the hands of the federal government. This supposed solution to any problems of local law enforcement is as dangerous as it is nonsensical, and it would lead to less, not more, respect for the rights of individuals — of all ethnicities — in our country.

What’s Really Behind the Riots?

  • Post category:News

It is becoming increasingly clear that revolutionaries wreaking havoc in the streets and their allies in the Deep State are using old communist tactics to wage war on America. The cure for COVID-19 was apparently — a riot? At least it seemed like it there for a minute. One day, the establishment claimed it was murder to go out in public for anything “non-essential.” The next day, not going out in public and assembling in large crowds was tacit support for “systemic racism” and “white supremacy.” Even leading public officials agreed.
