Jeffrey Epstein, 66, was found unconscious in his cell on Aug. 10 at around 6:30 a.m., the Manhattan prison, Metropolitan Correctional Center, said in a statement. He was transported to the New York Presbyterian-Lower Manhattan Hospital and was dead on arrival, officials said. Many are asking how did it happen?
