As figures such as Dr. Anthony Fauci recommend months of lockdowns that threaten to exterminate much of our economy, yet another expert has weighed in essentially saying that this course offers all risk and no reward. In fact, epidemiologist Knut Wittkowski stated that lifting the lockdowns would cause the Wuhan virus to be “exterminated” in weeks.

Former Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas said parents should view the current pandemic as the "greatest opportunity of their lives" to take control over what their children are learning. In this exclusive interview with The New American magazine's Alex Newman, Douglas urged parents to consider homeschooling and using online resources in place of government schools. Douglas, who serves on the board of Public School Exit, also went through the history of the individuals who orchestrated the government takeover of education. She talks about the proper way to teach reading, too. And she warns about the sexualization, dumbing down and indoctrination in government schools. Finally, she talks about how important it is for God to be at the center of true education.
September 17, 2019 was a significant day in American economic history. On that day, the New York Federal Reserve began emergency cash infusions into the repurchasing (repo) market. This is the market banks use to make short-term loans to each other. The New York Fed acted after interest rates in the repo market rose to almost 10 percent, well above the Fed’s target rate.
The Wuhan flu may be a bio-weapon, the latest theory goes — but not one that might have somehow escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Instead, the claim is that the disease was created in American “bio-terrorism” labs and designed as an “ethnic weapon” that targets the genome of Iranians and Chinese, according to news outlet MEMRI.
“My mother is not expendable, and your mother is not expendable,” said New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo at a recent news conference on the Wuhan coronavirus. “And our brothers and sisters are not expendable. And we’re not going to accept a premise that human life is disposable. And we’re not going to put a dollar figure on human life. The first order of business is save lives, period — whatever it costs.”
Today we finish our interview with #Brad #Johnson retired as a Senior Operations Officer and Chief of Station with the #Central #Intelligence #Agency’s Directorate of Operations. We continue our discussion on the #China threat to the US and the #Wuhan #Virus! Why should it be called the #Wuhanvirus or the #CCP Virus?
It took a major contagion, apparently, for President Trump, at last, to do what has needed doing at the border for years. Starting now, “asylum seekers,” the new word for illegal aliens who jump the border, will be immediately deported to Mexico. And anyone who shows up at a port of entry better have a green card or another valid ID.
During his press conference in the Rose Garden on Friday President Donald Trump promised to fill the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve, or SPR, “right up to the top, saving the American taxpayer billions and billions of dollars, helping our oil industry, [and furthering] that wonderful goal — which we’ve achieved, which nobody thought was possible — of energy independence.”
Is it possible to stop the spread of SARS-CoV2 by erecting a police state? We are to believe that this worked in China, though truth is a flexible construct at best in communist nations. But now, Italy is implementing measures that would have made Il Duce blush. Instead of making the trains run on time, today’s pandemic-afflicted Italy is ensuring that no one can do anything, on time or otherwise.
With information supplied by the Centers for Disease Control, the New York Times reported last Saturday that, in the United States, 283 cases of people had tested positive for the coronavirus. As of the same date and the same source, there have been 14 deaths, all but one in the state of Washington.
You might think that after unleashing the Wuhanvirus upon the world, China would strike a conciliatory tone. Instead, the nation’s official news service and government mouthpiece has not only asked everyone else for an apology, but has threatened to “ban exports to the United States” of medical products, which it said would cause us to “fall into the hell of a new coronavirus epidemic.” This should be taken seriously because we’ve long been dependent on China for pharmaceuticals, including for an estimated 95 percent of our antibiotics.
The increasing spread of SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus now impacting the world, has led to what the media reports as “panic buying” nationwide in big box stores such as Costco and Walmart. According to many reports, customers are flocking to stores to clean out the shelves of items like toilet paper, disinfectant, and some non-perishable food items.
As the number of coronavirus cases increase in the United States, you might be asking what are the symptoms and how do you protect yourself from the China COVID-19 outbreak. The CDC has answers. Answers you may not like. Plus, the Trump Administration considers slashing funding to the World Health Organization.
Estimates from the International Monetary Fund show the impact of measures mandated by the Chinese communist government to staunch the spread of the COVID 19/Coronavirus. In January, the IMF reduced its growth outlook from 6.4 percent for 2020 to 6.1 percent. On Thursday it reduced that outlook further, to 5.6 percent, thanks to what the IMF’s managing director Kristalina Georgieva called the “sheer geographic spread” of the virus.
“In San Francisco in the 1970s and 1980s, it was routine to see men from China spit in the streets, blow their noses in their fingers and then wipe their hands on anything nearby, and generally violate American hygienic norms,” writes commentator Andrea Widburg. ”Outside the tourist zones, Chinatown’s restaurants and grocery stores also suggested resistance to American hygiene.” This is unsettling news that, with the current situation, is good news — it explains why the coronavirus may not be as severe in the United States as in China.
Chinese doctors sounding the alarm on the coronavirus say the illness could be even deadlier for patients who catch it again, according to a report. The whistle-blowing physicians working to fight the virus in Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak, revealed that medically cleared patients have been getting re-infected, the Taiwan News reported. “It’s highly possible to get infected a second time,” one of the doctors, who declined to be identified, told the outlet. The physician said that medication used to treat the virus can have negative side effects on patients’ heart tissue, making them more susceptible to cardiac arrest.

Is the #Wuhan #Coronavirus outbreak going to stay at the level of #SARS, MERS and Ebola or is it going to be much worse? How are the #Chinese people coping with the crisis? And what’s the Communist leadership’s bottom line if the epidemic grows out of control ? My interview with #Dr.LinXiaoxu, a Chinese and American trained microbiologist. He was lab director of viral disease branch of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research who was involved in the outbreak response for #MERS in the Middle East in 2014
