Hunter Biden Allegedly Involved in Burisma-linked Counterfeiting Scheme

A private investigation firm hired by a woman in Arkansas seeking to resolve her child-support case with Hunter Biden claims to have “lawfully” obtained documents allegedly demonstrating that the former vice president’s son is involved in “a massive, $156 million ‘counterfeiting scheme,’” as revealed to Fox News.
D&A Investigations, the Florida-based firm, claimed that the FBI and Justice Department have been investigating PrivatBank, the Ukranian natural gas company Burisma, Biden, and others since April of 2019. According to D&A, the investigation remains open.
In its most recent filing, D&A said it provided attorneys for Lunden Alexis Roberts, the woman who claims to be the mother of a child fathered by Hunter Biden, with “access to [Hunter Biden’s] bank account records subject of known felonies including fraud and counterfeiting.” D&A was seeking to be added as a party to the case, arguing it could support Roberts’ accusations and prove Biden was involved in illicit activity.
Further, D&A alleged that the “bank account records bear exhibit identifier(s) known by [Hunter Biden] as the subject of criminal investigation(s) both adjudicated and ongoing, of which he is a party to.” The firm also claimed that the records “provide the source and destination bank account numbers of Burisma Holdings Limited, PrivatBank, Bank of China, [Hunter Biden’s] business partners, Rosement Seneca Bohai,” and others.
The FBI told Fox News that, as a matter of policy, it would neither confirm nor deny the existence of any ongoing investigations.
The bank records allegedly “verify the counterfeiting scheme accumulating $156,073,944.24 with an average account value (monthly balance) in the amount of $6,785,823.66.”
Burisma, according to D&A’s filing, financed “Atlantic Council (Ukraine) and associated rogue operatives from the [U.S. State Department], FVEY, and CrowdStrike in Ukraine, suing PrivatBank.”
Biden sat on the board of Burisma making $50,000 and more a month at a time when his father oversaw Ukraine policy in his role as vice president, a situation flagged by State Department officials as a possible conflict of interest.
The elder Biden admitted to threatening Ukraine with withholding $1 billion in loan guarantees unless the country’s president fired prosecutor Victor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma.
Biden’s lawyers called D&A’s claims full of falsehoods and procedurally improper.
The PI firm began the assertions with a December 23 filing that claimed Biden is the subject of multiple criminal probes and “established bank and financial accounts with Morgan Stanley et al” for Burisma as part of a “money laundering scheme.”
The court struck that filing, saying it was in violation of state procedural rules requiring intervening parties to raise a claim based on a “question of law or fact in common” with an existing case.
D&A told Fox News that it will make another filing soon, claiming its investigators discovered that the whistleblower at the center of President Trump’s impeachment accompanied Joe Biden on a trip to Ukraine in early 2016.
Mark Zaid, the whistleblower’s attorney, did not immediately respond to the claims, though the lawyer has previously said that his client has a “professional working relationship” with one of the Democratic presidential candidates.
Another claim by D&A is that Biden was involved in a $60 million scam that ripped off impoverished Sioux Indians and others.
According to court documents filed in November, DNA tests have confirmed “with scientific certainty” that Biden is the father of Roberts’ child, who was born in August 2018 and conceived at the time that the younger Biden was dating the widow of his deceased brother.
Roberts is seeking sole custody of the child, stating that Hunter Biden has “had no involvement in the child’s life since the child’s birth, never interacted with the child, never parented the child” and “could not identify the child out of a photo lineup.”
Biden’s legal team said that previous filing was “filed by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit to gain some media attention.” The court has not yet ruled on the latest filing.
Joe Biden berated a reporter who asked about his son’s paternity scandal.
“I’m wondering if you have a comment on this report, and court filing, out of Arkansas, that your son Hunter just made you a grandfather again,” asked Fox News’ Peter Doocy.
“No, that’s a private matter and I have no comment,” the former vice president responded before adding, “Only you would ask that. You’re a good man. You’re a good man. Classy.”
